Moving closer to version 0.3

This might take a month, but I think is time to think about another release.
What to expect:

• User Administration
• Page attachments (show as links or "in-page" images)
• New Ajax markup: Fold and pop-up
• Somewhat better CSS and page layout
• Fixed a lot of bugs
